Certificate Error when checking Billing and Usage
I am receiving a Certificate Error when trying to check my Billing and Usage in the Members Section. How do I fix this?

This page is using HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) protocol to provide encryption and secure identification of the server. You will simply need to accept the certificate on your PC browser.

Note: This only needs to be done once. After you have accepted the certificate, it will not give you the website error.

If you are using Internet Explorer:
You may see the following on the error page “There is a problem with this website’s security certificate”.

Please do the following:
  1. Click on “Continue to this website (not recommended).”
  2. A security Information POP-Up will appear that will tell you that the page contains both secure and non secure items. Click on “Yes”.
  3. This will accept the certificate and you be redirected to the Login page.
  4. Simply click on Login and then put your username and password when it prompts you to.

If you are using Mozilla:
You will see an error page “Secure Connection Failed”.

Please do the following:
  1. Click on “Or you can add an exception”
  2. Click on “Add Exception”
  3. Click on “Get Certificate”
  4. Tick the “Permanently store this exception” check box, then click on “Confirm Security Exception”
  5. This accepts the certificate and then redirects you to the Login Page, where you can click on “Login” and type in your username and password when prompted.

If you are using Google Chrome:
You will get the error page “The Site’s security certificate is not trusted!”.

Please do the following:
  1. Click on “Proceed anyway”
  2. This will redirect you to the Login Page where you can click on “Login” and type in your username and password when prompted.
